Follow the encountered product path and required choices. See the product and selected option in the checkpoint captures.
Cart and checkout entry
Observe add-to-cart and the attempt to reach the visible start of checkout. A restriction or failed step can stop the journey early.
A result to review
Compare the journey result with screenshots, a recording when available and separate experience findings. Your team verifies and fixes the issue.
Choose desktop or an emulated mobile browser view. Run on demand, or use recurring checks on eligible paid plans within your allowance. This is scheduled storefront testing, not continuous transaction monitoring.
Where it fits in your checks
Use ShopPath alongside your theme preview, release checklist and manual store checks. It tests an encountered path on the accessible storefront; it is not a sandbox, API test suite or A/B testing tool.
What still needs a separate test
Payment authorization, completed orders, every product and physical-device compatibility need separate verification. The app is not fully compatible with BigCommerce Multi-Storefront. Read coverage and limits before relying on a result.
From installation to a useful first report
Install the app from the Marketplace, open your ShopPath workspace and review the connected store before running a test. The installation guide covers setup and app reopening. For a preview of the evidence, watch the recorded demo or explore the sample report.
