What the software does
ShopPath follows an encountered storefront path through product discovery, product details, options, the cart and checkout entry. Reports pair the journey result with checkpoint screenshots, a recording when available and separate shopping-experience analysis.
Run a desktop or emulated mobile browser test, then review what happened with your team. A journey may reach checkout while its screenshots still show a visual issue. A blocker or execution error needs investigation; it is not automatically proof of a storefront defect.
Testing stops before submitting customer details, payment or an order. You may test only a store you own or are authorized to evaluate.
