Legal
Acceptable use policy
The safeguards every ShopPath customer must follow when running browser journeys.
Effective date
Effective October 25, 2026 · Incorporated into Customer Terms version 2026-10-25.1
Authorized testing only
Use ShopPath only on storefronts you own, operate, or have documented permission to test. You must be able to provide reasonable evidence of that authority on request. Do not target unrelated domains, private systems, administration areas, or third-party accounts.
Checkout safety boundary
You may navigate public product, cart, and checkout-entry flows within supported ShopPath controls. You may not configure or use ShopPath to submit payment, place a real order, create a customer account, enter real customer information, redeem value, or trigger fulfillment.
No circumvention
Do not use ShopPath to evade access controls, rate limits, robots restrictions, authentication, or storefront security. For authorized tests of approved storefronts, customers may explicitly enable the browser provider’s automatic CAPTCHA solving in Storefront settings. This option is off by default and does not authorize manual challenge interaction or access to protected areas. Unresolved human-verification challenges stop the journey.
No harmful or unlawful activity
- Do not disrupt, overload, scrape at unreasonable volume, or impair a storefront or third-party service.
- Do not probe vulnerabilities, distribute malware, impersonate another person, or access data without authorization.
- Do not submit payment credentials, passwords, health data, government identifiers, real shopper information, or other sensitive personal data.
- Do not upload confidential material or personal information unless you have the right and a lawful need to process it through ShopPath.
- Do not use ShopPath for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or abusive activity.
- Do not resell, reverse engineer, or use the service to build a competing system except where applicable law expressly permits.
Responsible use of outputs
Do not present a Journey Result, Analysis, report, or badge as a certification, guarantee, legal conclusion, or proof of wrongdoing. Review the supporting evidence before acting on an automated output or communicating it to another party.
Resource protection
Stay within plan allowances and documented concurrency controls. ShopPath may queue work, limit repeated attempts, or suspend activity that creates operational or security risk. Limits may be adjusted to protect customers and the service.
Enforcement and reporting
Tamga may investigate suspected violations and suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary. We will consider context, severity, and recurrence. Report suspected misuse or a security concern to support@getshoppath.com.
