Subprocessors
The core service providers that support ShopPath and may process limited account, journey or website request data.
Browserbase
Purpose: isolated browser execution, session recording and browser infrastructure used to run storefront journeys.
OpenAI
Purpose: browser reasoning and independent review of captured journey evidence. ShopPath is designed not to send payment or real customer details.
Cloudflare
Purpose: private object storage for screenshots, recordings and diagnostic evidence, time-limited artifact delivery, and bot protection on public forms.
Stripe
Purpose: paid subscription checkout, payment processing, invoices, billing status, and the customer billing portal. ShopPath does not store full payment card details.
Sentry
Purpose: application error monitoring and operational diagnostics. Tamga configures the service to minimize unnecessary customer content.
Application hosting
Tamga-managed application hosting processes account and operational data required to run and secure ShopPath. Current deployment-region and data-processing details are available during onboarding.
Google Analytics
Purpose: measure usage of the public website and customer-facing app through the standard Google Analytics tag, including page information, technical usage data, and enabled automatic interactions. See our Privacy policy for details.
Mux
Purpose: host and deliver the public ShopPath demo video through an embedded player. Mux receives technical requests such as IP address and browser information to provide video playback. Optional Mux Data analytics and its tracking cookies are disabled. ShopPath does not pass account identifiers, private reports or Journey Evidence to this player.
