Billing and cancellation policy
Plain-language terms for ShopPath trials, subscription renewals, cancellation, failed payments, and refunds.
Find the billing controls for your workspace
Open Usage & plans to check your current subscription, renewal date, allowance period, and available billing actions. A journey allowance reset is not necessarily a payment date: annual billing still has monthly allowances.
The Stripe instructions below describe Stripe-managed subscriptions. If your connected-commerce workspace directs you to platform billing, follow the path shown there rather than starting a separate subscription. If the correct billing path or cancellation control is unclear, ask support before making a change.
Uninstalling an integration is not the same as canceling a separately managed subscription or requesting account deletion. Read the usage guide for a practical explanation; the policy terms below remain applicable to your subscription.
Effective date
Effective October 25, 2026 · Incorporated into Customer Terms version 2026-10-25.1
Access requests are not purchases
Submitting a ShopPath access request does not create an account, start a paid subscription, or charge a payment method. If approved, you will receive an invitation and can review the exact plan, price, taxes, billing interval, and renewal terms before paying.
Free trial
The current free trial provides seven journeys during seven days for one approved storefront. No card is required. The trial does not automatically convert to a paid plan and no charge occurs unless you later choose and confirm a paid subscription.
Paid subscriptions and renewal
Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe. A monthly subscription automatically renews each month; an annual subscription automatically renews each year. Annual plans are charged annually, while the included journey allowance currently resets monthly. Before payment, checkout displays the selected product, price, taxes when available, billing interval, renewal terms, and a way to review these policies. The checkout screen controls the price and interval you authorize.
Unused journeys expire at the end of the applicable allowance cycle, do not roll over, and have no cash value. ShopPath does not automatically purchase overages. New tests pause when the allowance is exhausted or billing is inactive.
Where required by applicable law, we will send a renewal reminder to the account owner before an annual or other long-term subscription renews. Customer is responsible for keeping the account owner's email current and reviewing service notices.
Cancellation
You may cancel at any time from Manage billing in ShopPath, which opens the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Access remains active until that date, you will not be charged for the next renewal, and scheduled tests stop when access ends. You may resume before the effective cancellation date if the billing portal offers that option.
If self-service cancellation is unavailable, email support@getshoppath.com from the account owner's address. We may verify the request before changing billing.
Refunds
Except where required by law or expressly stated in a signed order form, subscription fees are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial periods, unused journeys, forgotten cancellations, or inactive schedules. If you believe a charge is duplicate, unauthorized, or incorrect, contact us promptly—ideally within 30 days—so we can investigate. This does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
Plan and price changes
Upgrades, downgrades, and billing-interval changes are presented before confirmation and may be prorated by Stripe. We will give reasonable advance notice before a price increase or other material renewal change. The new price applies no earlier than the next renewal date stated in the notice.
Failed payments and taxes
If payment fails or a subscription becomes past due, ShopPath may pause new manual and scheduled tests while keeping existing reports visible for their remaining plan availability period. You remain responsible for authorized charges and applicable taxes. Access resumes after billing is restored and confirmed.
Questions
Billing questions may be sent to support@getshoppath.com. Do not send card numbers or other full payment credentials by email.
